Teen Read Week 2017

Teen Read Week is a national adolescent literacy initiative created by the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA). It began in 1998 and is held annually in October. Its purpose is to encourage teens to be regular readers and library users.

We encourage all teens to make a visit to the library.  More than fantastic books, we offer a large selection of magazines, music and movies.  Our electronic resources can be a great aid in research and homework.  Stop in and spend some time at the library, you may be surprised by what you'll find.
