Summer Reading Starts June 19th!

Kids, teens and adults can all sign up.   Receive your membership materials and get started.  Read twenty minutes each day to be eligible for some great prizes.

Celebrate summer reading with us at our Book Lovers Open House, Wednesday, June 21st from 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m.  Sign up for our reading incentive programs, and check out all the great prizes.  Explore our options for reading recommendations, book clubs, managing reading lists and more.  Find newly released materials, enjoy snacks and refreshments.
Everyone attending can enter to win a gift basket full of items sure to delight any reader.

      National award winning music and comedy show for all ages.
  • Thursday, June 29th 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.  Family game night
    Variety of board games available or bring your own.  Refreshments offered.
  • Every Thursday in July at 5:30 p.m.  Teen Thursdays
      Activities including gaming, upcycled crafts, movies and more.
  • Monday, July 10th and July 24th at 1:30 p.m. Lego Club
      Special summer contests/activities.
  • July 19th 5:30 p.m.  Getting Oily With It
       Make & take featuring Young Living essential oils.  Sign up at circulation desk.  Fee required.  Community room.
  • July 31st 6:00 p.m. Stress Management Seminar
      Michael Ketterhagen from Fond du Lac Center for Spirituality & Healing hosts.  Information on handling everyday stress, whether related to   work, family, politics, or health issues.  Simple ways for you to strengthen your mind and body.  Community room.
  • Wednesday, August 2nd 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Edible Book Challenge
       Teams, families or individuals can create an “Edible Book” inspired by a book, but made from edible ingredients.
  • Thursday, August 3rd 1:45 p.m. Scavenger Hunt
      Kids over the age of eight, teens & adults participate as teams to see who can find the most items before time is up!
  • Saturday, August 5th- 9:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Fond du Lac Society of Model Train Hobbyists
       Awesome train displays for public to enjoy.  Free admission.  Community room.
  • Wednesday, August 9th – 1:30 p.m. Ms. Kim’s Amazing Animals
      Awesome show with lots of different creatures, some slimy, some furry, some unexpected!!  Community room.
