Learn all about safe and proven canning methods to preserve your summer’s bounty for use throughout the year. Amanda Miller from the UW-Fond du Lac Extension Office will provide us with recipes, tips and guidelines to ensure that your salsa is delicious and prepared in the safest possible way. There will even be salsa to sample. This learning session is free and is suitable for ages 8 and up, so make it a family event.
